Hi
We built a house in 2007 in WA, in January we put it on the market where an offer was made and accepted. Now the buyers are wanting a survey done because they think the house is not positioned in the correct location, particularly in relation to an easement on the property.
The council and corporation where the easement is lodged said they had approved the plans accordingly. Could the builder have got it so wrong? Or is this too far fetched to worry about?
Any thoughts.
