Can anyone advise if asbestos is present in the eaves of a house built in 1994 in SYDNEY?
How can test if it contain asbestos?

The asbestos website put up by our local government says asbestos is likely in houses built prior to 1985.

Update from me! Couldn't find the trimmer - not sure if there isn't one simply because the eave is so narrow. Went ahead with the spring toggles and it all worked out…

What you are looking at is fibrous plaster, true gypsum, it is cast on horizontal beds with fibers included to give strength. I has no Asbestos in it. Houses before 1985…
