I have experienced this first hand. It helped us. We borrowed a reasonably large sum of money from our son who worked in his gap year before starting uni. It was critical at one stage as we were applying for the loan before some shares I had acquired were bought back by the company. So, short term pain, long term gain! Pfiff Finally making progress again, with a clothesline (yippee) and some much needed little things being attended to over the holidays. 40 C on New Year's eve? We love our a/c! Would also like an opinion from anyone that has used xcem over hebel for floors. Thanks 1 14222 2 15463 Our relationship with the owner is good, but I'm not sure if I want to impose putting a pole on their property.
