Also, who do I report the damage to? I am guessing that I report the water meter to city west water and the drain to my council? After our underslab was done by our builder, the pipes were damaged a few times, this we reported to our builder. I'd document everything with photos and dates so your builder/council cant dispute anything later. But alert them all to it asap.
