Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 01, 2010 2:26 pm We are about 3 weeks until we move into our new house. The other day we found a letter from a real estate agent, addressed to DH with a stamp and everything (but no sender address on the back) & it was a flyer about "is your property manager working for you?". No one knows that we are building except for the channels we went through to build & where on earth did they get DH's details from? And how do we prevent it? What I thought was even more funny was that they included a rental appraisal - with no idea of what sort of house we are building - regardless if it is going to be an IP or PPOR! Didnt bother reading to see how much they charge but I guess heaps to cover their unsolicited self promotion! Cheers Kim Old Home Restoration / Renovation Hi, just discovered all these junks left behind under the floor. Could any of these be asbestos? Best to leave as it is or clean up?
