We now require the services of a builder to - 1. Knock down a single brick wall 3400 long that runs inline with the joists and that is supporting a hanging beam, and insert the required (new) beam. 2. Replace the existing kitchen ceiling plasterboard, 5.6 sq/m approx 3. Install a bulkhead frame plus plasterboard, 5050 long, 500 high, 350 deep at the top of one wall Does anyone know of a builder in Adelaide that could help us out?
