Our house has just been wrapped, and rough-ins almost complete. I'm told by our administrator that plaster is going on in next few days leaving me precious little time to organize an inspection! I was expecting plaster not to go on until bricking was done. Can anyone advise if this sounds right? also inspector recommendations for SSE of Melbourne? If the house is not air tight the wall are unable to be straightened as they can still move with changes in whether. In saying that this is not always the process that builders follow. Like you said, not the norm, but sometimes done.
