This could (and hopefullly) will be a weird question but I'm after some reassurance. Does anyone know if there are any issues with building at Waterways in Melbourne? My concerns are that it's wetlands and an island(?) Is building on wetlands unstable at all? I am trying to do some research and am coming up with nothing negative. Does anyone know anything about the Waterways estate (positive or negative)? Anyone built/building out there? There is not much published info that I can find.
