I was wondering if anyone could give me a guide as to how much it is going to cost to build in under my queenslander. It's already at legal height with 10x10 poles, but will need slab laying and then everything else. looking at putting 4 beds, 2 bathroom and laundry in under. anyone done something similar that could give me a rough cost?
