We are thinking of enclosing it into either an enclosed room like by spanline or something or a garage that we convert into a room. Not sure about cheaper options. The room size is 20sq m so i would love to hear from anyone that has either enclosed a carport as a room or garage and a rough cost estimate. Mind you, it was under the house roof line and had bricked columns. He clad it in timber (weatherboard) and made an ensuite with toilet and bath/shower in one, kitchen cabinets run along one wall, another wall is cupboard area which stores clothes, TV, computer and general storage, and then there's the bed and a round dining table.
