Only 15 years old, big block, low maintenance yards however could certainly do with a paint! What do you think? My only concern is the fact that it is mudbrick. I wonder can mudbrick houses be cement rendered????? They usually are rendered, but not with the kind of render you'd normally use on a brick house. From memory, it's a mix of cement, paint and mud.... I could be wrong though, it's been 20-odd years since I had anything to do with a muddie.
