It's so good that it's a winner even before it's finished Demolition August 2009, Construction Started September 2009, Completed December 2010 Re: Favorite house on the forum 64Jan 11, 2010 8:34 am I'm going to add a favourite reno in here (gotta represent us renovating types!!!): Michelle's!!! She has demonstrated beautifully how you can completely transform an ordinary house into a lovely home without any huge expensive structural alterations - just the application of good taste and decorating style. Love it MagicJ I finally have my own reno thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=28335 The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his tongue! Re: Favorite house on the forum 66Jan 11, 2010 3:34 pm Casa2 It's so good that it's a winner even before it's finished Thanks Casa...and suh. Hopefully it'll live up to your expectations once it's finished Hmmmm, I've got a few faves...Mrs B's, suh's (what I've seen of it), Ladyice's and mek's (another grey lover here) to name a few. Oh and Rikster's of course...not something I'd want for myself, but a definite favourite! But, like a few other's have mentioned, there are little bits from lots of houses that I love and I've pinched quite a few ideas from lots of other houses 'chelle We have a hand-over date...15/10...but I won't hold my breath! http://people-in-glass-houses.blogspot.com/ Re: Favorite house on the forum 68Jan 12, 2010 5:45 pm There's a few on here that stand out for me. In particular-not that I have seen much of the build so far I would say 'buildingadreamhouse'. From what I have seen I think it's stunning especially the facade. Re: Favorite house on the forum 70Jan 12, 2010 6:52 pm Salt&PepperMkII Also some PD favourites: - kek - joles - haywgl How can joles's place be a favourite when you haven't seen pics for a long time, let alone complete ones? Re: Favorite house on the forum 79Jan 12, 2010 11:53 pm kyton Well I think that suh's, Rikster's and MrsB's are all lovely - as are MattWalker and Phoenix's. But my favourite is my own home. Because it is what we designed for us and our family - and reflects our love for each other - can't ask for more then that. Thanks Kyton... I will be sad to see the old girl go...
