Stupidly I forgot all about it until I went out yesterday and saw it again - it is about waist high. It has a little grate thing on topso Iam assuming it is sewearge/draining or something. We have the excavator/dingo coming out tomorrow to level the backyard and I was wondering if it is possible to cut it down to ground level? What can you use to cut it down with?
