Has anyone heard of Colex Homes????? Plz help!!

Hey there, Just wondering if anyone in Melbourne has built / is building with Colex Homes?? If so were you satisfied with the job and the services they provided??
Trying to do a little research before we decide on anything and cant seem to find much information on them.

Any comments would be much appreicated.

Can't say I've heard of them. Ever. But I don't know everything. Hehe

Have you been to their display homes? How are they?

Hi, Yes I have been through a few of their diplays in Mernda and Craigieburn and they seem to be ok. But I have never built a house before so i'm not sure what some good signs are..

Any ideas??

Well, you know we're almost at the end of building our first house and were just as clueless (if not more) than the next bloke whose never bought or built a house. So, one solution is to just ask. And this is the right place.

Regarding Colex - since I don't know anything about them (and seems nobody else does by the number of replies) maybe you should ask them for references? Call them and see what their past clients have to say. Or ask for houses they are currently building so you can check out their progress.

Let us know how you go. At some point maybe there will be more information on http://bestbuilder.com.au/.

I too am looking for more info on Colex...
There doesn't seem to be much on the internet....
