Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 01, 2010 5:38 pm Hi All Looking at possibly purchasing a post war home in Brisbane which will need some work done. Does anyone have an idea on price for restoring the roof, not sure it needs it but want to at least have it looking newish. Also the cost of ripping up the carpet and turning the floorboards into polished ones. Any help would be great.
