The definition of Frame stage is:
Frame Stage: This is when the masonry, wooden or steel frame has been erected and approved by a building surveyor.
My contract is at home but it's a standard HIA contract so i assume it be similar.
My builder seemed to be doing half frame stage (not completed yet) and half lockup stage (windows is up tho..) i'm half confused to be honest why would you do that.
To top it off they sent me an invoice last week...
i thought they shouldn't send you an invoice until the "surveyor" approved the frame stage?
And i don't think frame stage should be complete either because i haven't even made an appointment to talk about electrical points which they say to me should be done in frame stage?
Do you think they're rushing it?
