The frame stage is not completed partially bricked garage. What do we do now? Re: Frame stage completed but builder COMPANY collapsed? 3Dec 03, 2009 1:01 pm Hi encouraging_angels, We have also fallen into the Paulding crisis. Do they owe your parents any money or did they complete the work up to the last installment? In our case, we just signed up with them a couple of weeks ago and they took a $3200 deposit from us to start the preparation of the plans and tender. This deposit is higher then normal as we were making some adjustments to the plans. Now we are struggling to get our deposit back. Any attempts to call the office just results in someone taking our name down and saying the standard "the liquidators will get in touch with you". I dont understand why they started to take on new business if the company was in trouble. That is very dishonest. We dont know who else to turn to for help. Does anyone have any advise for us? This is 100% true. You can not hang anything on steel frames. very frustrating 8 8033 Any advice on a builder in NSW who is demanding an extra 22000k after the house is completed and contract paid in full .Standard HIA contract.
