Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 30, 2009 2:15 pm Has anyone retro fitted LED downlights into their existing halogen downlights. How is the lighting intensity in comparison to halogen downlights. Would you fit more LED to compensate? most of my rooms are 4m x 4m approx with the downlights spaced 1m from the walls and at 2 m intervals. I am just looking for feedback if i will need more LED lights inbetween. Re: LED Downlights 2Nov 30, 2009 7:01 pm If you can get 600 lumens or more from your LED lights, then you would be OK with your current spacing. (This would require a 9W high efficiency LED or 11W plus at lower efficiency.) Demolition August 2009, Construction Started September 2009, Completed December 2010 |
