Because you can't tell me someone would have built a house with that kind of * hand basin... And at the back of the house they've closed in a back verandah/sunroom to make a smaller 3rd bedroom. So it was all renovated at some stage. Hence why I still think it is older and has been 'updated' around about the 40s or 50s.
