Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 04, 2009 10:42 pm I had a rather unpleasant experience today when I went to pick up out plans. We had been told they would be about the $2,000 to possibly $2,500 mark for plans and energy ratings. After nagging them to get them finished because they took longer than they had said when I went in the bill was $3,000 and they would like it in cash. I am OK with the cash but was not impressed with the $1,000 price hike. I am now wondering what others may have paid for a set of plans and energy ratings ? I "Negotiated" a $500 temporary discount while I discuss the price with the manager, I have the plans and a receipt and they have $2,500.
