We have 6 outlets upstairs - one in each of the 5 rooms plus on in the passageway which is a larger vent. And we have one outlet downstairs (a larger vent) for the family/living/dining area. It works great. The only prob we have is that the downstairs vent is above the couch, so if someone is downstairs then because the vent is directly above them they typically want to turn it off, whilst we still need it on upstairs. Stupid placement is all. Otherwise it works a treat! Although mind you, it was quite an expensive model when it first came out 8-10 years ago, so I think that makes a difference. Sister in law has evap in her house, and it does NOTHING.
