Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 27, 2009 7:11 pm Well, its time to look at bricks, and I'm not a fan of looking at 6 bricks on a display board. I've contacted brick suppliers, and they have been happy enough to supply lot numbers for completed projects. This is fine in really new estates, as lot numbers can be tracked off the sales boards or websites, however there are some older properties listed. How did you go about finding the lot numbers? Developers, Councils, other?? With the nice weather in Melbourne this week, it perfect time to go brick stalking after work. Thanks in advance. Refresh the map and it should show street numbers and lot numbers. Use the navigation tools to scroll to the correct address you are after. The site can be a little tricky to use at times, but it should give you the results you are after. Re: Conversions from Lot Numbers to Street Numbers - HELP!! 3Oct 28, 2009 11:27 am Brilliant , found most of the blocks I was looking for. And found out off the other brick supplier that they have production problems, and won't be available till further notice. It was flown Jan 2009, although the resolution and navigation is not as good as GE. Our estate is still bushland on google earth so I'd love to see if this is better. Thanks! Re: Conversions from Lot Numbers to Street Numbers - HELP!! 7Oct 28, 2009 6:47 pm That's awesome. Click on the folder marked aerial photography and check the box under it mared aerial photography 2009 or something to that effect. Hit the refresh map and you are set. You may also need to uncheck the box with zoning information, this can sometimes sit over the aerial. Or slide the "Adjust Map Transparency" slider to the left so the top layer becomes transparent. Thanks for the 'heads up' on this one, ifyareckon.
