Especially when it took them 2 months to organise a soil test and then 2 months to start the plans after the soil test results were obtained. It took the company 4 months to provide a receipt for our initial payment of $4,000 and that was after three email requests and two phone discussions. We haven't even been given an estimate of the build price yet. If it exceeds our budget, we may need to go back to the drawing board (so to speak!) and start with new plans. We also need to allow 3 months for council's requirements. Again, I might be wrong and there may be ample time. It's just the communication part is getting frustrating.
