Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 16, 2009 8:48 pm Help from anyone who may have experienced my dilemma....I have built a free standing colourbond garage on a 6x9m concrete slab.My building Surveyor has advised me that it had not been approved as I had to confirm the finished floor level by engaging a Land Surveyor.This was done after the building was erected.The applic.flood level for the site is 95.3metres to AHD and the FFL has been determined at 95.19metres....0.26metres below the required. I have written to Mel.Water for dispensation but have been unsuccessful....I can't fill my garage with 250mm of concrete.....can anyone provide me with any leads or advice I cant just tear this expensive project down....?????
