Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 12, 2009 8:02 pm I put my deposit for H3nl3y house and land package early August. During my initial tender I was given a set of standard inclusion which was signed by both myself and sales consultant. As a first home buyer I must sign the contract by 30th September. During my final contract signing which was end of September, I was told that the sales consultant made a mistake and my inclusions are different than initial tender. Since I ran out of time for maximum FHOG, I had no choice but to sign the contract although I was not happy. Now I am worried if they do the same during actual construction, or if they dont start site on time I will be in more trouble. Any one has similar experience with H3NL3Y? Usually how long they take to start on site after the land titled? Re: Anyone building with H3NL3Y? 4Oct 13, 2009 8:02 pm Felistopher Pulling out is a pretty radical and costly move How are your inclusions different now? My inistial contract shows standard inclusions as per Clenvale Luxury Inclusion (promotion 11/07/2009) which has evaporative cooling up to 9 outlet as standard. The final contract inclusions are Clenvale everything (promotion 5/8/2008) which doesn't have any cooling system as standard. I didnt find any other major difference. Usually how long they take to start on site after the land titled? I am building RIVIERA. Waiting for my land to be titled in January. Hopefully site start can happen before end of March else I will be in trouble again for FHOG as the foundation must be laid within 26 week of contract signing. Re: Anyone building with H3NL3Y? 8Oct 14, 2009 12:12 pm From what I hear it's ok if you go over the deadline as long as you aren't deliberately delaying things, and you apply for an extension. My land developer gave me a letter stating the expected title date, and I will send off a copy of that if the actual title date prevents me from building before my FHOG deadline. It would be crazy if they actually took back the money because your land wasn't ready in time! You should get the inclusions from the package they were running on that date. I put my deposit on 3rd August 2009. Wish you all the best.
