Replacing guttering

Hi,
I am looking at replacing the guttering on my house. It is rusted out and totally blocked thanks to next doors tree.
The guttering at present is the Ace Nuline guttering, I was wanting to replce this with the Lysaght Novaline fascia and guttering system. I have been quoted from $8000 to $10000 to do this, and I think thats quite steep since I have calculated the costs of materials to be about $1600.
I have a few questions:
How hard is it to remove the Ace guttering?
Is it possible to install this type of guttering on a tiled roof without removing the soffits?
Has anybody had any experience installing this product? If so, was it easy/medium/difficult?

Thanks for your help
