Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 08, 2009 1:46 pm I am about to sign a contract with porter davis and was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how much i should allow for upgrades when i go to Hopetoun Interiors to choose my carpets, tiles, bricks etc. I have a few upgrades I want to include on the contract, but i'm worried that I am not allowing enough money in my budget for upgrades at Hopetoun Interiors. Then perhaps people who've upgraded the same items can tell you what they paid. Also: Prestige, Lifestyle, Access? The options and prices vary between the different ranges. Size of the house will make a difference to some things too - for instance, upgrading bricks or roof tiles will be cheaper on a 23-square house than on a 51-square house because obviously you use more on a larger home.
