Re: Brimbank Garden stage 30C 3Oct 03, 2009 9:21 pm Hi Eskimo, I am nearing the end of my build with PD in Stage 29B. We have fencing & front landscaping included. I think that 30C is right next to us as we are on the edge of stage 29B. Would 30C be on Sudley Rd? Cheers OOA Kruger National Park - An amazing place to visit Re: Brimbank Garden stage 30C 4Oct 03, 2009 9:45 pm Thanks, yes we are building on Sudley road. Satge 30C would be right near stage 29 I wouldve thought. Although land doesn't get title untill December. I hope we get front landscaping an fencing might try and speak to Geraldine again. Re: Brimbank Garden stage 30C 5Oct 03, 2009 9:56 pm I was out there today and they are laying down pipes etc as there is a big hole in our future back yard. Have you selected your builder? I actually never saw 30c advertised on the website. We are thinking of going to have a look at the block again tommorow. I know stage 30c isn't on the brimbank gardens website, im hoping its because t hasn't been titled yet. Im going to check with Geraldine about that too. This is our first home and never thought building was such a slow process. We are building thorugh Metricon has your land titled yet? Re: Brimbank Garden stage 30C 7Oct 04, 2009 11:50 am Yes it can be a very slow process. This is out first build our house is nearly finished. You will see it on the southern end of sudley rd, left had side, single story Davenport with PD. We paid a deposit in July 08 for the land and it titled in April 09. Orginally it was suppose to title in Jan 09. Now we are close to being finished, hopefully handover will be in the next few weeks. Any questions let me know. It does not appear on our contract but its been said that it comes as standard so I'm curious to see if they installed one at your home. Re: Brimbank Garden stage 30C 9Oct 07, 2009 8:03 pm Hi Reaver, The termite system went in last week so it was one of the last things they have done. This week we have had issues with bad brick work so they are re doing parts of the Alfresco. There are been some little issues but hopefully it passes the 3rd independent inspection so our PCI date can be set on Friday. How is everything going with you? I think I have driven past a couple of times to take photos of our house from the other end of Sudley Rd. Cheers OoA. They've just completed hanging our doors and cabinets then the painters are supposed to come this week. We can see your house from our end of sudley rd and the color of your bricks does look great. Good luck with your PCI! Re: Brimbank Garden stage 30C 12Oct 23, 2009 7:42 pm Hi Adammm, I was out there the other day and it is getting close to being finished. Now I can see how much fill goes onto the land. When our land was close to being titled we received a letter from Peet saying all civil works were complete and the land is being processed by the title office. It was about 3 weeks after this letter the tile date came through. What do you guys think of the correctional facility not too far away on robinsons rd. Do you think they will put something infront in that empty paddock to hide it? Not unless you have managed to put it as a special condition into the contract somehow. 1 6050 The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is. 1 8678 1 4660 |
