I have a corner block in an estate, and one crossover on the side of the house, but require a new crossover at the front of the house. So I applied for a 2nd crossover, (in addition to the second one) to the council however it was rejected because they don't want people to have 2 crossovers.
In order to get my crossover i have to rip up my first crossover, (at my expense)
However, at least 2 houses which are also corner blocks on the same estate as me have a 2nd crossover.
Is it possible to appeal this decision and cite precedent, in order to get my 2nd crossover?
Anyone here have experience with these types of situations ?
