It has taken 6 months to get the house in lock up stage (shelbourne 40 with triple garage aprox 44sq) I was wondering if anybody has built or is builting with them and if that amount of time is reasonable for a house of this size. I have visited various forums and there is a lot of complaints coming through for clarendon.(mainly slow constructions and no communication) None of them though from victoria so i was hoping some one on this site knows a bit about them. the stair balustrades?
