I have a property in the Lake Macquarie NSW coucil area which has a long established business one end and a house at the other end. It is a corner block with highway frontage and side street access. It is 680 sq mts.
I would like to subdivede the block and sell off the house portion but I have been told by an agent the block is too small to subdivide.
If I were to apply to build another residence on the block I can see it might be a size issue but since there are multiple business's nearby, I was wondering if there is a different ruling for my situation where I want to keep the business operating.
Any idea's out there?
