When you Elect meter request goes in, your electrician will need send a work request into AGL (or whoever you want to retail you there) this is called an EWR in VIC and NSW, Form 2 in QLD and Form A in SA. AGL will then forward that onto the distributor. The electrician needs to specify on that request that you want a domestic service with an off peak for hot water. Once it's connected you can have switched from OPK1 and OPK2.
