I've emailed the Real estate agent who sold the area to a developer, but they didn't really give me much to go on. Surely they have to put planning permits or something on?? Mostly I'm keen to know how many blocks will be on there and who the developer is. I'm so impatient!!! They have land for sale around there project , you get big discounts off the land if you build with them. The realestate.com.au web side is hopeless if your looking for land. But do your homework before signing up to any of them, they all try ** tatics to pull you in.
