Wondering if any one can advise on the rules relating to the use of 2nd hand timber for sub floor frame supported by concrete stumps. I am required to use: 95 x 45 hyspan lvl for the joists, and 140 x 45 hyspan lvl for the bearers. I realise it may not be that easy to find 2nd hand lvl, but an equivalent could be used. How would I determine this? Any info greatly appreciated.
