I have seen a few newer homes use some of the new feature tiles out there as feature walls in living areas. Tiles like metallics and sandstone etc are also becoming common for features for the facade also. Any pics would be greatly appreciated. Old hat for me but then again we here in OZ always a bit slow to catching up with trends unless it goes through USA or UK first. Anyway large tiles will cost you money since they large and heavy mostly polished porcelain but they can be marble. I used to and still call them mosaics rather that tiles.
