Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Aug 13, 2009 3:13 pm I want to add a ground floor extension 2 BR and bathroom total 50 sq m with 2.7m ceiling in brick veneer and tiled roof on flat land and good access, basic design- no painting, curtain or carpet. I was quoted $109k which works out at $20k/sq. which seems expensive. Can someone tell me what a reasonable cost should be.
