Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 29, 2009 9:59 pm Hi Everyone, This is just a reminder (warning) to ensure what when your beautiful home has been built ensure the plumber has lodged the drainage (sewer) diagram with Sydney Water board. We built our home with Westminister Homes 11 years ago and we are now trying to sell it. The sale of the house looks like it might fall through because the plumber didn't lodge the sewer diagram with the Water board. It is really the plumbers and Westminister responsibilty to make sure this happens but they didn't and now we have issues. Westminister are not very helpful and it looks like the plumber has gone bankrupt. So, for your own benefit for the future, make sure the water board has it. Doesnt the solicitor/lawyer check all this out before settlement when you built 10 years ago?
