We did get our garden rebate after putting in some more mature plants (which have since died and the smaller ones are thriving!) Fencing has been done and titles about to be released within the next 4 - 6 weeks. Carlisle are ready to begin building our amended Atlantique 38......... We had troubles finding a block big enough with a large building envelope and stay within budget. Now we are happy and have great views of the estate and also little bit of Westernport...... Boy, we can't wait. This will be our 4th home we have built and the last. Want to retire in a couple of years and this seemed to be a great estate. In fact, we sold our home in Pindara Estate and know of many ex residents who have also moved into B.R..... Is the area nice and quiet at night and no hoons unlike Langwarrin lately? If you are planning on building a pool make sure you allow room for it in your building envelope or else you have to go to council and apply for a planning permit to allow you to build outside the envelope and apparently they are being pretty strict about which ones they approve of.
