we got a copy of our land contract today...and the sales office is insisting that we should sign it on the spot today...Is this normal???
we told them that we want take the copy of the contract to our conveyancer before we could sign it...she gave us until next week to sign it after the conveyancer's review
Question is:
should we already handover the 5% downpayment together with the signed contract? we need to make sure that the contract says subject to finance approval, is this right?
and then, we need to secure a finance approval?
can someone help us what are the correct steps? thanks!!
