Its been a long term project for them and while the plans are doing the merry go round at the council for approval they decided to get the wall done, plus other work that has been in the pipeline. The slab is in good condition and the house they want to do is similar to the old one so they will reuse the old slab with some modifications. The old bricks are from a demo yard in Preston Vic.
