One of my neighbours paid for their share although they weren't building anytime soon ....10 years later they still haven't started! JellyLegs What's a 'notice to fence'???? We've just found ourselves in a similar situation with our neighbours-to-be. Their house hasn't started construction yet, so they've decided that as fences aren't a priority for them, they don't want to pay! How RUDE!!! And not a great way to start out really is it?
