But we are using a solicitor for the building contract we used the compay below, they charged $165 to read over the contract and this comes with a full report as well. Also approx costs if known would be good to find out. The law firm must have a trust account and an actual lawyer handling the transaction from start to end. If the same lawyer could also be used for the building contract process it would be useful (saves time).
