It will be: - Painting all walls - Pull old carpets over floorboards, then sand and polish - install new kitchen - minor bathroom changes. However I would remove the carpet first as the dust you create when you remove it after painting will create more hardwork for you. Try not to get too much paint on the floor when painting(obviously) and follow the sequence you have! Good Luck. Also, quads will also need painting. - Floor sanding gets dust EVERYWHERE. So, better to do the floor first, then clean the walls and paint. Chris 1.
