The other option I am looking at is half brick and half metal. Also looking at building an ensuite to my main bedroom, which will need extension, has anyone done this or has a rough gauge of the cost involve? The house is in WA, SOR Thanks for your help. Re: Help with costing for front fencing & extension in WA, SOR 2May 16, 2009 4:30 pm Hi, We are NOR and recently got quoted by a private builder and Modern Home Improvements on building an enquite and WIR onto our bedroom and it was in the vicinty of $50,000-$70,000 depending on specifications. The biggest cost is the relocation of the plumbing etc. We are now considering converting our small kitchen ( nxt to our bedroom) into a bathroom adding a new kitchen to another part of the house. As for fencing, my parents also NOR got a limestone fence with metal fencing in between pillars and the limestone part was about $6000 through a friend, for approx 15m the metal party was pretty exxy, i think it was through Treacy Fencing. We are consider Modular Wall Systems, modularwalls.com.au for our front yard but waiting on a quote. They have a display at Homebase Subiaco in the carpark.
