Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 15, 2009 5:53 pm Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone can help me out as iam new to all this and the realestate agents kinda havent helped answer any questions... What im curious about is when purchising land and it states FULL Town Services- does that mean power, wate, gas etc are all ready available? Also do most blocks of land have a certain time period when building must commence? As im planning to buy a block of land but wouldnt build for at least another 12 months or so... Thanks heaps Re: When buying Land 2Apr 15, 2009 7:15 pm full town services usually measn water, telephone, sewerage, electricity,stormwater- im not sure about gas. I spose it would depend on your area. Are you part of a covenant??? if so many have clauses stating a timeframe in which your house must be built.
