We would love to renovate by removing our existing A-frame roofline and build three bedrooms, two bathrooms etc. on top of our woker's cottage which currently sits about 2 foot off the ground on concrete stumps. This was going to include a master bedroom with ensuite, study and small sitting area. It was possible to do but worked out too expensive and not worth doing.
