Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 25, 2009 7:10 pm I just had to let you know about the bad service I experienced today.Last night we had a power black out it was out for 4 hours,But guess what our gas hot system is no longer working the house and hot water system only 11 months old.we rang rinnal for service they called us back late this evening to say the job had been booked in and it may be out on friday we had to hot water. We rang them 4 times before this,so we asked for service guys number so we could find out when he would be out, after ringing him several times we finally got him he does not go gas hot water systems and he is not even a plumber so we rang thewm back again and was told that was the number they had ,they said they would ring back in 10 minutes guess what still waiting and still no hot water, so I would not recommenced this brand of hot water system as there service is very bad and I would not put in another one.It seems we only have a few weeks left on the warranty. finished building 40 square home on 5 acres with perry homes.working on the landscaping just finished pool deck with ://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=2217 Re: bad service 2Mar 26, 2009 6:09 pm Sorry to hear dude, i know this is a dumb question but is the pilot light on?
