The crack gap is small, less than 1mm. I asked PD maintenance team. They said it's normal as the house settels?! I really doubt it, as this may indicate the slab is actually starting to crack as well. Not sure how they are going to fix it. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The much wiser brother advised to ask for spare tiles to be supplied in case of future cracking and to ensure tile consistancy. Not a garage issue I know, but may be helpful to others.
