Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 10, 2009 9:41 am Having a mild nervous breakdown now. Just when I thought I was set on the Trend windows 'Pearl White' option for my windows, I'm now thinking I've made a huge mistake!! (We have a 3 b/r, brick veneer 70s house, by the way).
Problem is....we have a charcoal-black roof and charcoal black balustrade surrounding our front verandah. I thought black window trims would look a bit 'much', so opted for white. Now, since my interior mainly consists of the Dulux Hog Bristle tones (e.g Self-Destruct, Gnu Tan etc), I thought I'd use Dulux Stonecrop (about 2 shades darker than Self-Destruct) for the exterior of the house. Was looking at the Trend Windows colour selection again, and came across 'Stone Beige'. Should I go with this colour instead? It doesn't seem to go with Stonecrop, though. I'm willing to change the Stonecrop colour. Any suggestions, help, advice!!!! Pleeeeeeeasssssse. Re: Exterior colour to go with Stone Beige windows - HELP! 2Mar 10, 2009 10:38 am Hmmm, if you are going with colours that tone for the exteriorand the interior, the Stone Beige may be a bit samey. I like the idea of the windows standing out, so I'd say white.... but then I would have gone black.
Just wanted to say I love, love, love stonecrop. That and Army Issue are my two new favourite colours. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
