We've been given a verbal thumbs up from the Council to build a second story addition, and I'm told we now need an architect to draw up plans and submit them to Council for approval. Our home is a single-level fully detatched townhouse on a subdivided battleaxe block, behind a two story townhouse via a long driveway. It's around 7 years old, brick, contemporary style. Any suggestions for an architect and, if you have time, details of the entire process would be much appreciated. Re: Second Story Addition, Melbourne 2Apr 11, 2007 9:34 pm Hi there,
